Called Tulip last week to arrange a viewing for a property, spoke to a women who seemed to have no clue - Didn't take the usual details letting agents normally take which I already thought was odd. Visit was arranged for Thursday 09/032023 - So we get to the property and no one is here - I rang Tulip and once again waited in their Queue for over 7 minutes - spoke to the same Polish women who had a very bad attitude from the beginning and was told that they tried to call me numerous times which they clearly didn't no missed calls - Was told that She is going to call the guy to see where he was. Was stood outside for around another 10 minutes in the rain. When we started walking back we actually walked passed Tulip estates and saw that both women where sat on there mobiles phones. We are actually glad this happened tbf - Cant imagine what it would be like if we where to get a house from them! AVOID!!!!

On both counts we are totally satisfied. Viewing booked with Tuilip Estates - 33 De Grey Street Hull, for a Saturday afternoon, the sales agent turned up with no keys of the property, kept knocking the doors, no one’s in. He claims they are managing agents - I’m surprised why don’t they have the tenants contact numbers. Called the office and found the keys were with some builder/engineer who is 30 minutes away. I drove all the way from london for this viewing. He left for another viewing, expecting me to wait for the keys/engineer to turn up. Beware of this company & their approach to clients. This 1 star, I had to click to post They are not even worth it.
