Went into store to order some foreign currency, was told that it would be ready for friday, Friday came and went. received a telephone call the following Monday saying there was a delay and did I want the money ordered again. This was a bit too late as I was flying the following day. Book your hols at TUI but get your money sorted elsewhere unless you order it a month in advance
