Horrible experience with this place ! placed an order 6 days ago no show! an item that should cost about £2 to ship, but that they charge £10(vat not included) for the shipping which you would imagine should take a day to arrive, well thats their so called 4 days service, no tracking number provided no one answer the phone no matter which option you choose and can't even ask for a refund, horrible all around.

Second time I have ordered from Tufferman and on both occasions delivery has been prompt next day even though it was their standard delivery option of four working days. There was a problem with transit damage to the corners of the 4xMDF boards which was disappointing; however, 5* and full marks to Vicki in their sales team who sorted replacements free of charge and delivery which again arrived promptly next day. Ordered Monday, delivery Tuesday, rectified Wednesday. Excellent after sales care and remediating problems immediately deserves recognition.

Ordered 'mats' that were delivered as tiles.. Whilst this was shown on the full product description they were offered to me as an 'add on' product so did not display that they were tiles and not 'mats' (eventhough they are call MATS in their product title!) Then appalling customer service from Kaja Karpowicz telling me he is 'sorry' that I didn't do my research properly, not sorry for not providing the information on the website in all areas and not sorry for describing them as pressure mats and not pressure tiles. I have used Tufferman several times before, won't be using them again now.

The mettle of a company isn’t necessarily about what they do first time, but how they handle it when things can occasionally go wrong. The wrong racking was sent to me. Got on the phone and they shipped it next day and took the wrong one away at no additional cost. That was really impressive service. Also, be wary their website has an error that doesn’t allow you to select more than one of an item, weirdly. Pointed this out and they shipped an additional of the item free of charge to cover me paying additional shipping costs. That was fair. This shows customer service is important to them, and no, while they’re not perfect, it’s enough to make me recommend them and say that I would use them again as they’re a decent company. Also, any company that doesn’t use Evri for delivery is worth it, in my opinion!

Ordered a product and unfortunately some of the shelving materil was damaged, I made contact and the replacement items were in my hand less than 24 hours later. I would definitely use again in the future.

Contacted them as I received a damaged delivery, and part of the shelving was incorrect size. I contacted them, they got onto it straight away. Shame about the delivery, but their customer service is fast and smooth and they replaced the damaged item right away 😊 Shelves are nice and strong

What a letdown! Not impressed at all. Waited in all day for warehouse shelves, promised will be delivered today when I called to chase up at 5 pm. Called the courier at 6 pm who advised that the order was set to RTS at 2.30 pm, so was never going to be delivered. Wasted my day. What a letdown!
