Shambles! Would u want your family member being cared for by a company that’s not even been inspected? Doesn’t even have an office just some random woman that claims to be a manager at the end of the phone. Never sends out rotas staff treated like dogs and not paid correctly always look unhappy, The list goes on don’t even fall for any of these reviews they are fake! Protect your loved ones and go elsewhere.

Tuella southampton My dad recently wanted to change care providers, he found tuella in Southampton. Since having these carers, he's is very happy with the service help support that is given and needs. The staff are very helpful friendly and don't rush with what needs to be done. The staff are very good with my dad and give him the care and service in order for him to get his day going. The tuella, service provided and members of the team I would highly recommend to anyone. After having a negative experience with another care company, he is now completely, happy and satisfied.

Fiona, the branch manager, is very approachable . The carers that come into me are lovely , friendly & hard working, & treat me with respect & dignity of me & my property, and I feel safe when they are here. I feel that they are my friends as well as my carer. I haven't met or spoken to the owner of Tuella Ltd, Allison Jones, yet, so I am unable to comment on her. I was told at the beginning of February that she would be coming to introduce herself to her clients & we were getting an app called Birdie. Both have not happened as yet. This was all written in my welcome pack that was given to me by one of my carer's because I couldn't read it properly in the email that was sent to me.

Tuella looked after my mum while she was still in her own home. They were gentle and caring with her. One of the carers noticed mums fridge was broken and the food was spoilt so she went out and got mum some food from her own personal money until I could go around to sort it out. I was struggling getting any help as mum deteriorated and Ali stepped in and made people take notice, she was amazing and really helped in more ways than she probably realises. Even after mum went into a care home they were still going above and beyond with issues that arose. I cant recommend them highly enough.
