Totally awful. You can’t book an appointment. Everybody is told to ring at the same time the next day, 8am. Then everyone is stuck on hold. Then they have no appointments and you have taken the day of work for nothing and must do it all again the next day. Even a restaurant can manage a booking system but it is far to hard for these bunch of clowns. I’d be embarrassed to work here and deal with patients the way they do

Misdiagnosed me. Went with lumps and they told me it was nothing. Had to pay to go private to be told that I actually had cancer. The doctor I saw was completely outraged that this surgery seem to have no knowledge about lump placement and said that it’s very dangerous they’re turning people away with lumps like mine. Since my diagnosis they’ve given me nothing but stress and anxiety getting all my medication wrong that I needed otherwise would’ve ended up having to go to A&E to get myself sorted, rude unobliging receptionists, terribly rude and unorganised staff in the Pharmacy as well. Also trying to get an appointment over the phone is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Often I had to drive to the doctors and wait outside in order to actually get an appointment. Just awful from start to finish. No wonder people are having to pay to go private now or just leave it until it’s too late with this kind of treatment

Waited over an hour on hold to book an appointment. Continuously on a loop "caller no1". Eventually got through, to be cut off. Dreadful practice. No wonder there is so much congestion in the a&e departments! I should note this appointment was for a relative - I left this sorry practice a long time ago

I have been a patient with Tudor Practice for a couple of months. When I first called the practice I remember being alarmed at the fact I'm in position 30 to speak to the receptionist! However, quite quickly I got to speak to the receptionist as later on I found out there is a team of them which made being in position 30 not so bad at all! FYI - if you're joining the practice don't be alarmed they really do work as quickly and efficiently as they can. Before transferring my records to the practice I had some health issues and I was worried they might not get followed up as a result of moving. Once these were highlighted, all health care professionals that I have been in contact with at the practice have been supportive and helpful. Since joining everyone who works at Tudor Practice is lovely! The receptionists are always smiley, friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The doctors are all lovely. My GP is Dr Shewani Presad, she is attentive, compassionate and takes the time to listen. I appreciate how busy the practice always is but everyone who works here takes the time to give their patients care and listen. I'm happy to be a patient at Tudor Practice and have no doubt should I need to reach out to them they are willing to help.

I called in today to make some changes to my personal details and to book an appointment. In the rush to sort the details out I did not catch the receptionists name so I am unable to give her the praise she so deserves directly. My concerns were dealt with extremely politely, efficiently and professionally. I was really impressed with the level of service and extremely grateful for the amount of help that I received. The only downside is that I have to change Doctor now as my new address is out of the area. Fantastic surgery, definitely recommend, very helpful and professional. Thank you!
