Found Tudor to be very competitive on price. The one thing that let them down for me was the after order process and communication. I was given a date for pick up but thought I would check before going only to find they had not been made. I was told there had been a delay due to Covid working. Phoned again at the next date to check and was told there had been a problem and I would get a call for new date. No call so had to ring again and again was told they would call back. Finally received a call and told they were done. Went to pick them up to find only 2 of the 3 were there, one had been damaged. Pity I hadn't been told on the phone and i would have waited for it to be remade. After a couple more promised call backs which didn't happen, I had to call them I finally got a call to pick up the remade unit. They were always polite but I would have just like to have got the correct information and a call back when told.
