Our members receive various benefits, including job security, fair wages, safe working conditions, and access to training and development opportunities. We also provide legal representation and support in case of workplace disputes.

How does your union negotiate with employers on behalf of its members?

We negotiate with employers through collective bargaining, where we represent the interests of our members and negotiate with employers for better working conditions, wages, and benefits. We also engage in advocacy and lobbying efforts to influence policies that impact our members.

Any organisation in favour of punishing millions of innocent commuters, already paying through the nose for train tickets, just so they can line their pockets is not a good organisation. Should really be ashamed of yourselves.

Can’t wait for the union bust this later week. Replace all lazy, entitled, selfish workers with agency staff.

Hart of the Trade Union Movement I've attended countless times over the past year with Amicus and Unite Union's. Just attended my latest meeting at Congress House the Unite Executive Council meeting to nominate our candidates for Leader and Deputy of the Labour Party. It's a ugly building but who cares it's about what takes place in side.

I didn't use the building or even went inside and only passed it. This building is ugly and looks like it was designed from a collective of architects from former communist countries insisted on designer a building to be "practical". The front of the building has a statue depicting the spirit of trade unionism helping to lift a downtrodden worker. That statue is just about the only interesting thing about this building and walking past the building will be enough to see it.

Grade II Listed Modernism completed in the late 50's effortlessly retains a contemporary air and edge. A significant Jacob Epstein statue in the enclosed courtyard adds gravitas to this modestly assured building functioning as a Trade Union HQ. Public not admitted.
