Come here often, however I’ve never felt worse customer service in my life on Friday night. I saw multiple people being allowed in with shorts, yet we we were declined. In comparison the bouncer was extremely friendly and understanding and allowed me to speak to the manager. Upon the managers arrival he was extremely hostile and dismissive. He claimed me to be aggressive because I explained with hand gestures (as any normal person would). He was very much in my face and quite intimidating. The bar staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and in all honestly haven’t had better anywhere else. Managerial structure should be assessed to ultimately get the full potential out of this place. Unfortunately shall not be returning :(

Usually love coming to this place for drinks and pool but unfortunately had a very poor experience tonight, I arrive in shorts and I understand if the rules say no shorts after a certain time but the people before me in the queue got let in wearing shorts and I was denied, the security guard was awesome ngl he was very helpful with getting someone to come speak to me about the situation but the manager who came to speak to me was very aggressive and rude he first said no shorts but then I told him someone before me was let in then he continued to get very aggressive towards my group which made us all feel very uncomfortable saying to us to calm down when he was the one who needed to calm down, he then said we instigated this whole situation when it was him with his aggressiveness!!!! Honestly used to love this place was a great place to chill and meet friends but after this I won’t be returning due to this member of staff :( everyone else who works here is usually great but this really let it down which is a shame and I won’t be returning!

Awesome for a hang out with mates! First time here this afternoon 15/05/23 and what a great place to spend hours with friends/family! Beer is cheap in the week and the Pool/Snooker is £10 for the hour which is much cheaper than other places nearby! Bartender was very friendly and informative. Didn't get his Name unfortunately but I believe he's Australian! Top notch service! 👊 My only gripe, and it's tiny! Is the American pool tables could do with a bit of Felt repair but whatever.. Had a brilliant day here and will definitely be back! Loved it! Also.. Great Music!! Thanks guys.
