TTK Europe provides very poor services, and the partner they choose to work with -- ParcelForce, is even worse. TTK is basically an agency between you and parcelforce, and if anything happens to your parcel they can't do anything except telling you to call parcelforce and solve it yourself. I agree that the shipping is fast, however the service was extremely bad and the staffs were not responsible at all. As a customer, I pay to be served, however they refused to refund me even if they couldn't provide the services at all. It makes no sense whatsoever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TTK EUROPE, IF YOU WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING OVERSEA PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER AGENCY!
