I hired Tony and his team to do an end of tenancy clean for my flat and was blown away by the service. Polite, prompt, efficient, friendly and professional, Tony and his team did an outstanding job. In fact, I think they left the flat cleaner than I had originally found it when I moved in! I cannot recommend Tony enough. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Also, I have to add: an absolute bargain! If you're about to move out of a rented property take my advice: get rid of the stress and worry and hire Tony and his team. Btw, I got quotes from a few other services: Tony was the only one that answered promptly, was polite and professional and was the most competitive. The initial contact with this company was very good and professional but unfortunately that’s where it ends. The cleaning itself was ok, the cleaning team friendly and hard working, although I had to ask them to go back and finish cleaning the bathroom in areas missed and after the clean a couple of brown water stains were left on the carpet which we had to clean ourselves. Communication is a big issue with this company. I called and emailed the day before to confirm the booking, no response. The cleaning team were 45 mins late, I called and emailed numerous times without response, left voicemails. I wasn’t sure they would turn up, but eventually they did. My friend who booked cleaning the next day experienced the same communication issues. I spoke to the team and It seems the people I booked with actually outsourced the job to another company. I’m still waiting for them to respond.

Good end of tenancy clean. Carpets hoovered and cleaned very well. All dust etc removed. A little bit of limescale was left on the kitchen sink and shower. But overall happy with the service.

At first customer service was great and had good reviews so i completely trusted them and they also did a great job getting the stains out of the carpet. However, when I came back to check the house it wasnt cleaned properly, they didnt hoover or mop the floor. EVEN after i called them to come back the next day it was still dirty, when i mentioned upstairs was still dirty they said "what no we are leaving now" at this point i was so done with their careless attitude i just told them i would sort it out as i literally had 5 minutes until checkout and they did not seem to care at all. After check out, the agency said the main issue in the house was the cleaning because of this they took money out of my deposit when TSV said they do everything to ensure the cleaning doesn't affect the deposit. After I found out i sent pictures to them of the dirt (bare in mind the house wasnt even dirty just the floors needed to be cleaned) and I constantly tried contacting them to sort out a partial refund as i lost money from my deposit and they just ignored me (texts and email). Awful service after i complained. Still waiting on them to contact me to help me resolve this issue as it was a stressful time for me.
