    I have used TSG for the last 12 years as they are my landlords choice of repair/service. Over the years thier engineers Dean, Steve, and Stuart have shown me incredibly good service. Stuart visited my address last week to repair my boiler. I found him to be extremely professional, very thorough and I was very impressed with his service. He took the time to repair my boiler, to track down a vessel the boiler needed and I was very impressed with the service he gave me. I felt he went above and beyond to repair my boiler and I was very grateful for his hard work and friendly service.

    Very bad!!!!!! Have to constantly keep calling them out every 6days, pressure bar keeps dropping and making lord noises, refusing to put a new boiler like old school, had to freeze to death when the lord gave us snow! The engineer used the toilet and left a mess!!!!!!

    Just spoke to Shelby, she literally told me to F off without telling me to F off. I dunno why southern housing uses these contractors, they don't care, they are unprofessional, they are rude, half the time it seems your disturbing them. Shelby is not unique, maybe they only recruit people who are rude and unprofessional.

    Their call centre is bad, the lady answered my called made feel down and did not try to understand my circumstances. Luckily an engineer came and fixed the water problem after 5 days of having water problem. There is no communication between my united living maintenance company and tsg heating services to share works carried out.
