Rob was amazing, very cheerful and caring, you can tell it means a lot to him that you get the job you ask for. He kept me informed all the way through the process from start to finish, and gave me endless encouragement along the way. He even sent me a text just before the interview wishing me all the best and encouraging me to show them how good I am, I walked into my interview with the biggest smile on my face, feeling like I was not at all alone. I would strongly recommend this company they stick with you from the very first contact and make sure you are not left in the dark about anything and their "Can Do" attitude is very infectious. Needless to say I got the job and a good wage to go with it, all thanks to Rob and his fantastic guidance and patience (not to mention the jokes that you just have to laugh at). Keep up the great work and laughter Rob you are the best. Thank you

Terrible experience in a matter of 3 days. Robert phones and emails me on a Tuesday about a marketing position. I later reply stating my interest. Hear nothing back the following day assuming they're busy as a lot of recruitment companies are at this time. Still nothing on Thursday so I phone in and left a message for Robert with his colleague. I decide to follow up with an email to Robert and 10 mins later I get a call from his colleague who tells me that they've already sent 3 people for interview that day and I've missed out even though I only got told about this position on Tuesday. Complete waste of my time. Didn't have the decency to call me back and got his colleague to ring me back instead. Conveniently Robert tries to ring me back after I complained in email. Seems like they just used this job as bait to get my details onto their candidate portal. No care given at all. If you're looking for commercial positions, I would suggest using other specialist companies and not Try Temps.
