The sizes are completely off, I ordered a pair of tights in size S and they came up 4 inches smaller at the waist than stated. They refused to accept responsibility and didn’t offer to refund my postage costs to return. I returned them about 2 to 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back, I’ve emailed to check the refund status but I’m still waiting for a response. Really dissatisfied with their lack of customer service, especially as the shorts were quite expensive in the first place.
