Wow! The service here is amazing, very friendly staff - catering to all my uniform needs. The prices are fair and the uniform is of a very good quality - it has lasted my 13 year old Betty for the past 3 years with just one skirt. The manager is lovely and very helpful, and the summer staff were also very lovely and well articulated. We are due a free uniform bundle for high school. I wanted to get my daughter measured up as the order has to be placed online. The lady in the shop was so helpful, even though she knew that the order would actually be placed elsewhere. She gave specific advice on all the uniform items that we needed to choose, and I'm confident now that the uniform will actually fit my daughter when it arrives!

I phoned a very rude woman when asking about the incorrect opening times on google and was spoken to very inappropriately when I asked if they could change it just so other people don’t get it mistaken. The attitude and tone was absolutely disgusting. Will not be shopping here and I would not recommend it anyone else! Manager should get her sacked. Hire someone with better customer service.

Went to buy some school trousers for my son, 22 quid lighter, wasn't till I got home I realised the same trousers on their website was 11 quid, rang the shop and was told they buy from the website which isn't part of the shop and that they add their percentage.. Won't be going back.. Online purchase next time
