We used trustist to collect reviews which was quick and easy to do, it was good to be able to send the link to customers, it was also good to have a dashboard with the reviews all in one place, we also benefited from any 4-5 star reviews being posted on our Facebook page. The only downside is that the 4-5 star reviews didn’t always show up on social media and we didn’t seem to have any notifications when reviews were left so had to manually check if we had any reviews.

used to be good. theres no customer service and they never pick up the phone instead you have to deal with a bot. they always take the money on time though but if theres a problem now that takes time to resolve mainly because they are a nightmare to get in contact with.
