I needed to update my SYNC which apparently can only be done at a Ford dealership. I checked with the Stockport branch who said it could be done for £45 as a waiting appointment and shouldn’t take long which I felt seemed fair. However, when I arrived they told me it could be 3 hours as ‘the Wi-Fi is not very good’ and I didn’t have the time so I still don’t have the software updated. I’m due to change my car and it won’t be a Ford.

Generally good service. Paperwork process a bit sketchy. Took extended warranty but the documentation has the wrong name on it. Have asked for it to be amended twice but no response as yet. Will be triggering the cancellation clause this week if not sorted out.
