    I took my car into Ford Staines as it kept juddering, I'd bought it just over a year ago from Ford in Slough my warranty had not long run out. Katie dealt with my car, first they reset the clutch but it wasn't fixed, I took my car back and they tried all sorts to try and find the problem at one point they thought I might need a new gear box but wanted to explore everything else first. I got in touch with head office as I'd only done 4,000 mile's in a year after buying it from Ford and it may have cost £5,000 to £6000 for a new gear box I bought the car for £9500 only a year ago. The head office was horrendous and said they couldn't help as it was out of wareenty!!! Thank god for Katie and Ford Staines who in the end found the fault and it which cost £144 to fix. Katie kept in touch with me via email as it was often hard to get through on the phones. No thanks to the Ford head office though, my car would have been more or less a write off if it was my gear box! But thank you Ford Staines.
