A mixed experience... Purchased a vehicle from here some months ago. Upon viewing the car it had a mechanical fault, which I asked to be fixed before I purchased the vehicle. This was completed (albeit quite slowly), and I bought and took the car home. The service I recieved up until then was good. Within the 3 month warranty period, the same fault happened again. Trust Ford Kingston told me on the phone to bring it in and there would be no charges to get it fixed. Upon taking the car in, I was told I needed to pay the diagnostics fee (£150!) to get the vehicle looked at before any work could be done, despite it clearly being the same issue that was the problem prior to purchasing the vehicle, and whilst the vehicle was in warranty and being told there would be no costs to me. After some debate, (aka I didn't back down) the vehicle was looked at with no charge and the fault found was covered under warranty - clearly the first time the fault was not properly fixed and I was lucky that this became apparent in the first couple of months. Not convinced the vehicle was sold in the proper condition. I have bought vehicles from other Trust Ford branches before and had good service but sadly this time it hasn't been so great.
