Having taken my French Bulldog for BOAS surgery I cannot recommend these vets enough. Extensive explanations of what had to be done, and fabulous aftercare, including checkups and answers to any questions I had. These are the vets to take your bulldog to.(And any other animals)

Waited 30 minutes for my appointment, no apology. Then had the pleasure of paying £20 for 10 seconds work. Was actually a follow up appointment. Worse vets office be come across in years. Avoid at all costs

Heard great things about Tudor house, all over the country! Used them for our dog, traveled up from south wales, and it was certainly worth the trip! Fantastic staff, attitude, and atmosphere! Very clean inside and out! Couldn’t recommend enough! Prices are very affordable too! Keep up the great work guys!

This surgery was recommended to us as the best place to use for our bulldog. They are an hour drive away from us as not only were they recommended, they were the nearest who could do an elective section on our bulldog. We booked with them 3 weeks before the event pups were due and we’re asked to take her in on day 60 for reverse progesterone testing. We took her in, had her bloods taken and we waited in our car until the results were ready, 30 mins later we were told she wasn’t ready according to the reverse progesterone readings and to bring her back day 62, but to call them if anything changes… The following afternoon (day 61) our girl was showing signs of being in labour. We called to advise them that we’d need to bring her on only to be told that because there was an emergency in, they could no longer do our girl’s surgery. Now, I understand emergencies happen, and I hope the dog involved is ok, but there was no contingency… just a ‘sorry, you’ll have to find somewhere else’ it was now 3:30pm, we have a girl in labour and nowhere to take her. After over an hour of phone calls we found somewhere, who were brilliant. But at the cost of almost 40% more because we were now out of hours. We booked in advance to ensure our girl Would be looked after. At the point we booked, someone should have said ‘in case of emergencies you’ll need a back up plan’ I am glad our girl and the puppies arrived safely, but it was no thanks to Tudorhouse, who left us entirely in the lurch. No contingency, no emergency alternative, no recommendations… nothing. I would never put my trust in them again.

My experiences with Tudor House Vet Surgery have been very good! From reception staff to the vet nurses, & not forgetting the best costing for the work that they do. My Frenchie Ochie has had Boas Surgery along with soft pallet work. Our appointments were quick, on time & with very good caring staff at all times. My mind was also put at ease seeing so many Frenchie’s & Bulldogs on site. Though I travel almost an hour to get there the service is well worth it! The service & aftercare is highly recommended.
