I came to Steph after a few disappointing trips to other aesthetics practitioners (as I do have super deep lines). Steph is quite simply the most professional and knowledgable person I’ve ever met in this industry. The consultation was so incredibly thorough, personalised for me and included some tips to deal with my sleep lines and overall skin health and texture. She is so so gentle with a needle and really takes care to talk through the placement and how to get the best outcome for the look you would like. The aftercare was thorough and explained well so I understood why those steps were necessary and the follow up for review was fantastic. At my review we did a few tweaks and talked about longer term management and having someone treat you like they are partnering with you to achieve your best outcome is such a different approach to the normal ‘take a ticket join the queue’ generic approach from others in the industry. I honestly now wouldn’t even look at going anywhere else and would trust Steph with my nearest and dearest if they ever wanted to try a little something.
