  A couple of months back I asked for a quote for a home cinema room. The gentleman who came out was perfectly lovely, but then I never heard anything back. I called up on three separate occasions and while a message was taken each time no one ever called me back. While I can respect they are probably very busy this delayed me getting started by a few weeks.

  Fantastic job. Design to reality, supported every step of the way. Great advice on kit selection with a team dedicated to doing the absolute best job they could for us. Deep knowledge of home cinema setups and all the possible kit options. Superb execution - 6 ceiling mounted speakers (2 surround & 4 dolby atmos), left and right front hidden in custom made shelving, center under the 65inch LG OLED. They have strong partners - Richer Sounds Nottingham & West Bridgford Joinery to provide a complete service. A stack of kit rack mounted and LAN connected through a Cisco switch, all driven with Alexa and Harmony Elite. Every step of the way, hidden away, best connections possible, care to get it right for us and happy to share knowledge at every turn. Turned it on, put in our first 4k DVD (BBC Seven Worlds, One planet) and got BLOWN away completely. Everything I hoped for and then even more. Could not be happier to recommend a great team with real strength in depth through everyone who contributed from initial visits, to full on "Nerd" design (without talking down to us at any point) and into final install and setup. Everyone driven to get it right and listen to what we wanted and get the best we could afford. Fire, floor & furniture still to come but kit is installed. Great team, many, many thanks..

  2nd time we have used them - 21st July 2020 We moved house and i had no hesitation in reaching out to Andy and his team at Trust to help. The advice was fantastic and presented me with options from re-using existing equipment to a full new install and everything in between. I opted for a hybrid approach that left a SMART home foundation in the previous property but enabled me to bring some of the tech to the new place and have a new installation as well. The work was of the highest quality and the installation engineer (Warren) was fantastic, going above and beyond. There was also great support from the office team including other engineers such as Dan who offered advice on location of rack etc. Overall a great process and managed very sensitively during the Covid situation. Love this company I have been wanting to sort out the tech in my house for a while now. Having lots of wireless devices (iPads etc.), Sonos and Smart TVs can cause contention, and not to mention a lot of stuff plugged into the Sky Router! I looked at a few companies and have to say by far and away Trusted Technology seemed the best. Andy Bell really knows his stuff, and is clearly passionate about everything his company offers. Equally he is really patient, even though it took me nearly a year to make a decision!! This ownership and passion is is absolutely reflected by everyone I have come in contact with, in the organisation. From the customer experience manager, who just can't do enough to help right through to the Engineer and Electrician that actually carried out the work. It is amazing. The electrician actually found an existing fault with our wiring and carried out a full electrical check and fixed the issue without any extra charge or fuss..so appreciated. We have just begun our journey, and throughout the process the advise and guidance has been really balanced and clearly not at all about profit maximisation but to ensure the customer gets the right solution, even if this means suggesting lesser solutions to what I think I needed! It is also all about scalability and future proofing. The work was carried out whilst we were on a weeks holiday, and despite the need to drill, put holes in the wall etc. we would not have known the work had been done, everything was put back as it was, and patching is of a high standard. Most importantly everything works. The handover was also really clear and the engineer who did our installation was just an absolute gent, and able to explain everything in the simplest of terms. The after sales care is like being part of their family. ..... In short Trusted Technology are top drawer, I would recommend them to anyone for whatever size job you require. I really mean that.

  Had a new Samsung 75” 8K tv and sound bar, had lip sync issues so contacted Samsung for help and they suggested a new sound bar was the only solution, because of lock down didn’t know when this would be sorted!!! Contacted Trusted Technology who sent Martyn out and though it took an hour and a half to sort he wouldn’t leave until everything worked as we wanted and now everything works great, can’t recommend them enough, excellent service and communication!
