Purchased our electric roller shutter garage door about 18 months ago and we were really pleased with the service we received and the value for money. Last night we had a problem with the door and I emailed the company and received a reply almost immediately confirming someone would be with us first thing this morning. Dave turned up bang on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the door there and then. It's refreshing to deal with a company who look after their customers further down the line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordered two roller shutter doors, was scheduled to be fitted today. After contacting Dave to make sure he was still on, he told me he was “busy” and it would be another 2 weeks. He didn’t even contact me to let me know, I had to call him. Absolute waste of time. UNRELIABLE!!!!
