Unreliable and rude. The morning we had agreed for him to start decorating my flat he texts me to say his daughter was having a bed delivered that day and he's not sure what time they are coming. Obviously I call him to question him about it and he's so vague on the phone, not apologetic at all and resented me asking about it. Told me "What's the big deal?" Then said to forget it as he's not bothered about the job and didn't think he would get paid. Where he got that idea from I do not know and when I asked him why he thought that he could not answer. Just an excuse really.
