I’m really pleased with the overall sevice and aftercare that trussform have provided, our roof has proven to be quite complicated due to a large size of the loft conversion, extra rooms and roof windows, solar panels. Excellent company. My builder informed me that this is his preferred company for trusses. The design was approved very quickly by building control. Due to a miscommunication between the structural engineer and builder, wrong trusses were ordered and installed during my renovation project. This meant that we couldn't have a large rooflight as originally planned. Jack Hepple suggested a few options to my builder to be able to fix rooflights. I then contacted jack personally to mention my specific requirements and he made a few suggestions one of which seemed like a very good solution which we are implementing now. He was very good communicating on phone and email and the service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this company any day.
