What immediately impressed me was that I was able to speak to Alan himself – there were no salesmen or other middlemen – and he clearly knew his stuff. I had a great feeling when I saw the products – they were extremely well made and I knew straight away that I could work with someone like Alan because there was no sales spiel, he just wanted to create a kitchen which perfectly matched my requirements. Great experience with Truman Kitchens from start to finish. We're a very indecisive pair, so made several trips to the showroom to talk through our plans and ideas with Alan. He was very patient and helpful and listened to what we wanted. The end result is a perfect kitchen and exactly how we pictured it. Everyone we had dealings with were friendly, helpful and timely. Alan knows what he’s talking about, we went to the showroom and he was able show us different designs. Allowed us to come back a few times to make sure we really knew what we wanted. He checked throughout installing the kitchen that we were happy with everything. Louise his wife is also lovely, made sure we was happy with the kitchen items before she ordered them, again she checked to make sure we were happy with the works.
