We had our lawn installed over 6 months ago and I am appalled with the end product. We were told it would be fast drying and great for kids to play on, I read lots on their website describing the installation process, the different stages they have, the steps they go through and the design of the grass to ensure adequate drainage. We paid for one of the most expensive products to ensure we had the best quality. Unfortunately what we've been given doesn't hold up to that standard and the grass holds onto water for long periods of time. They say that you can enjoy their lawn round but it's simply untrue. We paid extra to have them install the sub base to ensure the best product so there should be no excuses. I can have a completely dry patio, completely dry garden furniture and my grass will still wet as I walk on it. My children will come back in with clothes soaked as if they'd been in out in the rain. It doesn't matter the temperature or the weather the grass will still be wet, even at the end of a completely dry day. Our neighbours have put some cheap turf in the alley with no sub base or prep and it's completely dry while you can hear the squelching of water underneath my feet when I walk in my garden. I raised this with customer service and they have said that this is normal and expected from their products. If being able to enjoy your garden is important for you then I would not recommend Trulawn Services: Landscape installations, Artificial turf installation, Landscape management

Really torn by this experience - the installation teams (plural- see below) were great and so far no issues with the product BUT a poor survey meant that issues with skip access - apparently obvious to the installation teams - weren't appreciated and Head Office wanted to charge me for a failed attempt while they reorganized how the skip would would work I believe that the 'surveyer' is a sales person. My advice: if they say they can't install on the day RUN DON'T WALK to take photos of the access to prove its clear. Do this even if the team on site say nothing to do with you. For me, the process which followed was unfair and unpleasant, so as there are many other suppliers I wouldn't recommend this one.

They turned up on time, were very professional in their approach explaining exactly what they would be doing along the way.
