Kevin and Jaqui, Just a note to say thank you for your friendly service and advice re. our wedding trugs. The trugs were the perfect size for our flower girls and brought a little piece of my home county of Sussex to our Midland nuptials. Each was beautifully made and the girls loved having one with their names on, a touch I'm sorry to say I should have thought of..! Sadly my trug was not fishished well. Rough, frayed edges to wood, clearly not sanded. Contacted company with my genuine complaint and was treated brusqely. Such a shame as good customer service is also part of a good business!
