Excellent customer service! I bought a T shirt that turned out to be too big, after a quick message on Facebook I was recommended the correct size, given details on how to send the T shirt back for free and a new one was shipped immediately out to me. I’m a last minute person so when I saw that Truffle Shuffle posted that they would ship before Christmas if the order was before the 20th December I was ecstatic! Unfortunately, I then noticed this was for the UK only. I was so impressed by the customer service I received when I messaged Truffle Shuffle on Facebook. Not only were they so fast at replying, they really cared about my issue and told me not to worry about it. The very next day on my door was my package in Dublin. I couldn’t believe it, especially with Christmas being the most intense time for retail companies with orders and issues, Truffle Shuffle really sorted me out, and for that I’m so grateful. I had such a good customer experience with Truffle Shuffle. They have fantastic, unique products and a wonderful team behind it! I will be buying from them again.
