I rented a property through Truemans from Feb 2021 - Oct 2022. They are fantastic at maintaining communication from enquiry, viewing to getting into the property. They were quick to respond to any queries throughout my tenancy and were accommodating and helpful with my leave as well. A really professional but human team that prioritise common sense and service over policies and procedures. Giving 5 stars as I don’t think there’s much for them to improve on. Thanks for all your help throughout. If I ever intend to rent in that area again, I’ll definitely be enquiring through Truemans.

The staff at Trueman's have been really responsive and helpful with any issues we have had at our rented accommodation. Just before Christmas we had a problem with our oven and they managed to replace it within 2 days to ensure we had an oven for Christmas. I also don't feel like I am being gouged on rent for the accomodation and they were very helpful when conducting viewings before we decided to go with them.
