An unfathomable injustice has befallen me. I don't want to dispute with them in the exam period, I am really in a bad mood. A fine of £100, cast like a pall over my bustling student life, stirs bitter resentment in my heart. On May 12, an email emerged from the depths of my crowded inbox, speaking of an inspection for smoke detectors - an act heretofore unmentioned. An innocent act of self-preservation, shielding the detector from the uproarious alarm spurred by cooking fumes, has now returned to haunt me. From September's first whispers until now, the smoke detector had remained covered, harboring no ill intentions. The accusation of smoking within the sanctity of my room stings with profound injustice. No warnings were cast, no consequences hinted. Yet, here I am, tangled in this unreasonable predicament. My recent days have been stolen by the specter of exams, the library's silent confines my dwelling. I had scarce opportunities to return to my apartment, and now I am met with this ill news. It feels as if I am entrapped in a moneymaking scheme, the same sentiment echoing from my past experiences at True Salford. Alas, I beseech you not to surrender to the allure of True Salford. The enticing facades hide a tedious distance from the school, the piercing cacophony of nearby construction, the boisterous chatter of night wanderers, and a heating system that hibernates throughout winter. If you yearn for release, they ask for a fee – a fee buried in the treacherous "House Rules" that sneakily extend the tendrils of the contract. Even the silver lining of a slightly cheaper studio room price than those in the city center is overshadowed by these trials. With a heavy heart, I implore you to consider my tale and think twice before stepping into True Salford. One might say it's a case of the beautiful rose with thorns aplenty. Beware.

Have been living in true for the past year with my partner, we have stayed in 2 out of the 4 room categories they have available. Overall both rooms were lovely and the staff have no problem, in-fact encourage you to make it your own. Personally, I've had the best experience at true. Whilst balancing Uni, work and everything else life has to offer, It's defiantly a nice break from reality to come home to endless events each months, a building full of people who truly understand university life and such a friendly team who will always take a minute from their day to check in with you. When being somewhere for so long it's always the little things that add up. Maintenance worker on site to deal with any potential problems or general upkeep of you flat, plus all staff are willing to listen to any feedback you have whether it's a specific event you'd like to do or any idea's that elevate the true student living experience. 12/10 would recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay here at True, it’s been a great home away from home and the rooms are far from what you’d typically expect with student accommodations - they’re modern and spacious & you can really make your space your own! The staff are always lovely, easy to approach if you need anything and super friendly ☺️

I've been in the UK since 2017, and came to live at True Salford this year (2023). Honestly, I'll shout out loud that no other place has been as wonderful as living here. What initially sold this place to me was the 24/7 security, on-site gym, lounges, activities for social butterflies, and quiet areas for the introverts. But as I actually started living here, I found this place meant so much more. With a hectic student-work life, I come back to a team at the reception welcoming me with the brightest smiles. They genuinely care for the residents, and they go out of their way to support us! Thank you lovely team, for making my days better with your care and smiles!

Living at True Student has changed my University experience for the better. It’s a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, and there’s always fun activities to attend. Their website describes all the benefits of living here, and every single one is true (pun intended). But there’s also so much more, with the friendly staff who go above and beyond to make our lives easier, and in the case of the Salford site, it’s right next to the beautiful Media City. I can’t recommend living at True Student Accommodations more! If you’re reading this review, know that my Uni life has had a lot of ups and downs - but knowing I get to go home to True Student has made those down days bearable. So come and join the True Student family - I promise you won’t regret it!

I stayed at true Salford since September 2022, it is very comfortable and conducive for students. The management are friendly, welcoming and all round nice people; the true studios is just the right size for me. My best part of the building would be the study room, the ambiance is just top notch . I genuinely will miss true when i have to leave

Where can I start. Found this place by luck for my uni course so I could live in Manchester right next to my campus, and this accomodation has been nothing short of amazing. - Constant new, refreshing and awesome events, which are all unique and take place roughly every 25 days of each month. - Incredible premium studios. Every room is Ensuite at least, with a kitchen and living room area optional. - Ground floor gym. - Study rooms, Cinema, Festival zone included. - Amazing and helpful staff. - Bikes and Scooters are a couple steps from the building. - View of Manny is awesome up here too. - And there's a tram stop on the corner of the building as well. This place is absolutely everything I needed here for my Uni, and so much more. Lucky to have found it. Highly recommended.
