I spent hours on the phone going through a medical case! To be told they cannot help me when someone else has now said I have a really good case and they will help me even with no win no fee! They didn’t even look at any medical notes I have done all my own paperwork they just could not be bothered glad I stayed away after reading some reviews!

Worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Patricia was terrible at getting us a response in a timely manner and keeping us updated, she was also quite rude and abrupt. I can honestly say I've never known anyone have as many days off. Every time we tried to call to speak to her she was off. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, in fact I've actively recommended a few friends/family currently buying houses to AVOID. Had to make 2 complaints during the process to actually get things moving a bit, and then Patricia refused to meet our deadline for buying (we were told what we were asking was not possible but having since spoken to a few solicitors, it absolutely was possible and was seemingly laziness on True solicitor and Patricias behalf as it was coming up to the Christmas period). They made the whole process of selling and buying a house 10x more stressful, adding extra anxiety and worry onto us whilst I'm pregnant, and were completely unapologetic anytime they were challenged on their lack of action and communication. They also then sent us an incorrect invoice at the end of the process, asking for more money than we actually owed. Thank god we checked it thoroughly and didn't just trust their poor ability to manage a spreadsheet. It was corrected when we challenged it, but it does call into question how often they "accidentally" send an incorrect invoice and get away with it if people don't check it thoroughly as we did. Save yourself a load of stress and go with someone else!!!!!

True solicitors the truth is I will never use them again. My file was given to them by Accident Exchange what a joke! to get my own money I have to give them my bank statement for verification i.e bank statement these peoples are so out of touch with reality my bank do not show statement with account number and sort code for security reason instead given my credit card statement with all required info yet that is not good enough anything to stall your money! Please avoid them at all costs before signing paper works check with referral team for other solicitors option Certainly I will not be using them again for future
