They have gone into voluntary liquidation! So not trading anymore. Shame as they looked really good. Hoping to get my money back as I paid by credit card. It must have been very difficult for a company with such a good reputation to close. My sympathy both for them and those that paid that did not have the opportunity to use their services. Hope those that paid get their money back.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked through Virgin Experience Days. Paid £70 for a voucher for a friends birthday. 2 weeks before the experience was meant to take place I received an email from “truegrip off roading” informing me the company had gone into liquidation. I have since called and emailed numerous times to get a refund all with no luck. I have gone back to the voucher provider and still no luck. Completely ruined a birthday surprise and have taken my money!!! Would never ever recommend this company. An absolute shambles.

BEWARE for anyone who chooses this venue for an experience - they have closed down and filed for insolvency. I used a buyagift voucher, turned up, office all dark and locked up, and a neighbouring business person kindly came out and gave me the news.

my son and I booked for the quad bike experience and after chatting with the team before hand where I am disabled and explained how due to a spinal problem I have no feeling down my left leg they was happy to accommodate me and whereas other places would have turned me away guy said that if I'm willing to give it a go he would do his best to make it happen so we went out with guy today and he went above and beyond to ensure that me and my son had a great time we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely book again and highly recommend them thanks again to guy at true grip off road for a fantastic morning
