So last week we thought our cesspit seriously needed emptying. After struggling to find someone to help urgently, my husband contacted True. Really helpful, they were able to attend that day, for a reasonable emergency charge. The chap who arrived was amazing. It seemed the drains were very blocked, as well as needing emptying! He really went above and beyond his job to sort the problem, remained pleasant, polite and professional throughout a particularly unpleasant job. He is certainly a credit to the company. Beware this company and these reviews.They charged me £80 for a pump service -on a failed blower pump. The 'service' consisted of the lorry driver unscrewing the plastic lid of the pump, looking blank and screwing it back on. Taking £80 off an OAP.

A brilliant company . Despite being really really busy still fitted me in .Lovely chap came out nothing too much trouble even with all whats going on . They do other services aswell so very versatile they are super men like my dad . Highly recommend . Fantastic super lorry the biggest you have ever seen and they manage to come through anywhere . The gentleman was polite and friendly and went above and beyond his requirement by unblocking a drain for me without being asked to do so!
