The bracelet needed to be made larger, which they can do, just select the size you require or email them if the size you want is not available. I should imagine they can also do smaller, but did not ask. The quality is great, both for the charm and bracelet. they have a phenomenal amount of charms available, so worth a look if you come across this review by chance. Ordering is easy, and their communications are very good and very swift. We had a slight delay mainly due to the adjustment we asked for, but not a worry because this is a real company working to give a quality service with quality goods. We will be return customers and are happy to recommend this company. We have someone special in mind who we will be buying for soon, which we will do nearer her birthday, but in all honesty we want to buy things now because the shopping experience and items are so good.
