Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. My friend and I arrived at 12.10 and we weren’t let in because apparently the person with the barcode scan machine went home at 12.00. We went after work and traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes get there. We’ve been to one of the Swiftogeddon events in December and saw people arriving past midnight so we thought it would be ok if we came late. The security were condescending and laughed at us. We’re extremely disappointed with the way we were treated and won’t be returning.

5* venue. Much larger than you’d imagine from the outside. Saw Shame here a couple weeks ago. Gig of the year for me. Bars efficiently run, drinks served quickly. Friendly staff.

Very beautiful venue with good acoustics. The standing area does have benches around the edge which is a nice touch. Drinks prices weren’t as bad as I thought they’d be for a venue like this, though very limited food options - perhaps to be expected. I can see that this venue would be a good fit for a variety of events.
