When you walk into Trotters it’s as if you’ve walked into someone off TOWIEs living room. It’s all for show and very little of anything else. The person I spoke to was perfectly nice but lacking in any substance or depth of knowledge. However, the man who seems to run the shop is loud, garish and clearly quite arrogant, although I’m not sure why. The way he spoke to his female colleague was nothing short of outrageous and it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The next day I went to a shop in the royal exchange and it was a different experience altogether, one that was truly consultative and something befitting to what you’re there for. Decent watch collection but not a place to buy luxury watches from.
