Awful customer service and company. Had been waiting for a reply regarding what was at the time a recently expired gift voucher (which have the stupidly short 3 month time frame to use. Why if it isn't to con customers?) and have been totally ignored. It would have been very easy to reissue a code for me to put towards a much larger order but this company have basically stolen the money and won't answer my emails. Absolute disgrace.
