    I ordered 2 sets of children's school uniform at the beginning of the summer, paid for delivery, it arrived nearly 5 weeks later (3 days before school term) one jumper was missing, I left a message on the phone and 3 emails asking just to respond.... nothing. I only want a response knowing it's my word against theirs!!!!

    Shocking, every time we have been in there they didn't have everything we needed. staff have no customer service skills they seem really annoyed to have to serve me. annoying I'm forced to spend my money in there but I have to because the school dictates where I have to get uniform from .
