I WENT TO VIEW A AUDI 10 AM YOUNG SALESMAN TOLD ME CAR """WONT START!!!SALESMAN TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT 12 ASSUMING HE WILL HAVE SORTED THE BATTERY AND IT WILLBE SORTED FOR TEST DRIVE FOR ME ! HIS FAULT THE CAR WAS NOT READY I TRUSTED HIM HE DID NOT MENTION A 'DEPOSIT ' AT ALL I GOT THE FEELING HE WAS TOO BUSY AS HE SAID HE HAD SOMETHING ELSE TO SORT AT 10 AM IN THE MORNING HENCE ' HE ' ASKED ME TO RETURN - UNPROFESSIONAL AS I HAD THE FULL ASKING PRICE IN MY BANK BUT HE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO BOTHER WITH ME AS I WAS A SERIOUS BUYER ! ARRIVED AT 11:40 HE HAD JUST SOLD THE CAR . HE IS DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY HE KNEW HAD TOLD ME TO RETURN AS I DID. My wife purchased a Chevrolet Orlando on 1st August 2022 from Amy at Trophy. We had a teething trouble initially but this was quickly rectified with no fuss and Amy couldn't have done more to help, contrary to some of the negative reviews. I went to see a car at trophy car sales today and it was completely mis described on auto trader and on the company website. Every panel had damage including a big dent in the wing and the mirror cover hanging off. There was an oil leak on the engine and gear box. The advert said service history and the only evidence of this in the paperwork was one oil change 8 Years ago. The last MOT had a list of advisories as long as you arm that had not been fixed. We had an appointment to see the car and when we got there it was really dirty and the front tire was virtually flat. Unsurprisingly we walked away.

The guy was so unhelpful. And also wasn't truthful about the mot information. I spoke to the guy after viewing the car and I said the repairs are to expensive for the car and he said they are aren't. So really unhelpful . Don't use them

Extremely unprofessional and unorganised car dealership. Went in looking at cars during their opening times and nobody was around at all. Went in a few days later and asked to have a test drive at the weekend, was told to call up in the morning. Called up in the morning and got no response, went to the dealership anyway as I was in the area after a long journey and there was nobody around again. Not worth the hassle to try and buy from them.

Drove over 300 miles to view a Nissan Juke which id left a deposit on, and was assured the car was spot on. The car had a major issue which i suspected was a fly wheel issue. The engine knocked on started up and shuddered in 1st gear when setting off. When I pointed this out their only response was "well our mechanic has checked it and said its fine". When I refused to go ahead with the purchase they became very aggressive. Eventually refunding the deposit after an argument. Completely unprofessional attitude. Hope I never come across such like again. Will be reporting to trading standards
