We run a well established pub & restaurant in Nottinghamshire and have used Troops for 6 weeks. I am surprised with how they operate. We went to pay their first batch of invoices by card over the phone. Payment went through fine. A few days later I received a statement with still outstanding invoices that I had paid. I sent an email back asking for an explanation. Never had a reply. Today I have just had a payment from my credit card taken for invoice’s outstanding this month. The last three weeks invoices. I never phoned through this payment firstly, and I am shocked that they kept my card details without my authorisation. I have emailed them again and yet again no response. I did explain that invoices in May we would make payment at the end of the month to which they said was fine. Taking payment by keeping my card details and processing the payment without my authorisation is totally unacceptable The only reason I feel I need to write this review is because of the lack of response from Troops when I have approached them first I would be wary personally. We have now taken our businesses else where

Delivered here. Turned up, had to wait for another vehicle to move. Had asked if I could use their toilet, the response I received was no due to Covid reasons (as the chap stood right beside me and tapped my shoulder). Luckily the place next door allowed me to use theirs.
