You don't live in London, you can't visit the store - no worries, just give Joanne or Sharon a call at the store. These Trollific Sales People are so very helpful. For instance: I have requested gemstones, I have been asked my preferences and have been emailed both photographs and videos of beads in stock to help with my selection. I cannot fault their outstanding service and just how much they have made sure that I have the beads that I really want. They have both made me feel like I am a special and valued customer; which has made my purchases even more endearing and treasured. Trollbeads are special and guess what: so are these ladies who sell them. Thank you so very much.

After today’s phone call and discussion about a product that was sold incorrectly to myself from another store, appearing their rudeness after today, wanting to speak to a manager found the manager was very rude very abrupt after than speaking to a director, Pam, well that for the next level of bad customer service, I’ve ever seen in the UK threatening in every behaviour. This is not a good company. I will be posting my comments over Facebook and I have a Twitter about this company if anyone’s receive good service maybe that’s what they were in a good mood. The true aspect, another person from a different store who was a wholesaler selling their product found today as well. The rudeness was overwhelming. This is not a good company. I definitely will be selling his products on Facebook. I’m going back to Pandora better service from Pandora, I was shocked to say Troll Beads might look nice but I always go with customer service and this UK company is not good. My apologies of people don’t like to read this. This is the truth what happened today very bad. I’ve reported the matter to trading standards bad customer service and as well as that I have a product that should have a two year guarantee, and they’re not honouring it

I have to say I received brilliant customer service from this store. I made several trips to the store in deciding on my purchases. I was served by a rep called Sharon who was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and gave good advice. Sharon always made me feel welcome making my experience there very pleasant. I hope she is giving a bonus for her excellent service and dedication to the company as I was very happy with her service and my purchases. I would highly recommend this store.
