    If your insurance company sends this crowd to fix your house then your in trouble. Shoddy workmanship shoddy behaviour. They ask my professional company to do a job they couldn't do themselves and now won't pay. Client was extremely happy with our work so whats your excuse for not paying us? Disgraceful behaviour if your trying to develop relationships with reputable established businesses.

    As a engineer for the above company I'm disappointed to read an article from a previous employee. The article only gives one side of the story, all I will say is , probation period, van tracker for timings of work on site. Hopefully this will give a better picture.

    The worst experience at getting my house repaired. The insurance company engaged Trojan to do the small repair work to our roof and one window. 9 months later and numerous phone calls and emails, without hardly any response, it still isn't repaired. The roof was repaired to a poor standard so it has to be be redone and still waiting for Trojan to finish the job. I call them once a week and they say they will get somebody to reply to let me know and then I don't hear for weeks. Complete joke of a company and absolutely terrible customer services.

    My wife and I engaged Trojan Property Maintenance to convert our loft into a bedroom. From the first visit right through to the completion quality check, they were excellent! We found them easy to work with, left everywhere tidy each day and were always helpful and very conscientious workers. They were happy to answer all the (many!) questions we had throughout the conversion and made sure we were kept up to date at all times. The job they did was brilliant – and it’s added a considerable amount to the value of our property as well. Many thanks to Paul and the guys for looking after us and for providing a hassle free job. We would highly recommend.

    Trojan were recommended by letting agent to repair shower door - ended up with new shower costing over £3k. The problems began when work started. Firstly, shower tray arrived too big, then someone tiled the shower when aqua panelling was supposed to be installed so tiling removed but only from inside the shower not the newly built side wall. I expected this to be plastered and painted to match existing bathroom. Call to say wrong panelling options had be given so urgent change. All this resulted in delays of over a month. Phone call to say work completed but tenant informed me that shower door leaked, lights specified in quote hadn't been moved. On inspection, original white tiles had been broken and repaired with tiles that did not match existing. Overall poor communication, unannounced appointments, poor project management, time and inconvenience to tenant was unacceptable - wouldn't use again or recommend

    Trojan Property Maintenance refurbished our 4 bedroom house between August 2017-March 2018. On the plus side the quality was generally good and Trojans spotted and fixed structural defects. Trojans had a good range of contractors available for the specialist trade skills required. On the minus side, the project management was weak, with vague or unkept promises regarding dates. We trusted Trojans to do the work promptly and left them to get on with it because we were absent from the property. For reasons unknown they fell behind in time, so that in our view the project took 2-3 months longer than necessary. In the last months of the project we needed to have an independent person visit the property regularly to confirm that reported stages of completion had actually been achieved.
