I've had a few bits doing to my triumph Street twin. I had a restrictor fitted for my A2 licence that they supplied and fitted. The part was faulty but as my bike was under warranty Blade got the part for free so I only had to pay labour for which I'm very grateful. I also had the clutch cover and engine cover replaced under warranty which they quickly sorted at a convenient time. As I was waiting for the bike I asked how they get the bikes looking so good? The valeting chap wasn't in that day so I was gifted my own cleaning set. The people at Blade have always gone above and beyond to help, I recommend them and will be returning. 👍

A very pleasurable buying experience at Blade Triumph yesterday dealing with Sales Executive David MacDivitt. Purchased a Tiger Sport 660 with a large number of options at an acceptable price. An earlier demo had been arranged in advance and the run through was first class. Looking forward to the after sales service being up to the same standard.

I usually don’t write Google reviews unless it is really worth it, and I think that this time it is. I have recently purchased my first bike here in the UK from Blade motorcycles and I am very happy with the hole experience. Everyone at the dealership has been extremely friendly and professional (big shout-out to Cailin!) with my questions. Although they are a bit far from my place, they will definitely be on top of my mind when thinking about my next bike.

I'd stay clear! After sales is non-existent. Once bought the bike and off the forecourt they don't want anything else to do with you. If you are looking at a second hand bike and there are extra parts advertised, make sure to have eyes on them before purchasing the new bike. As apparently, they can be thrown out. Quite happily to take your part Ex off you and ask for all the stock parts but not willing to give you the parts to your new bike. Will happily be staying well clear from this whole garage and shall be getting my servicing done elsewhere.
