Impressive Triumph Motorcycles dealer opposite it's competitor, Harley Davidson located at Langage Business Park, Eagle Road in Plympton (PL7 5JY), which has an extensive range of motorbikes on show. Received friendly greeting by member of staff. (Was tickled pink that store has a James, Jason & Johnny, all of whom have been very professional, helpful & courteous each time I've called). Taking Bonneville for 1st service which have been advised should take no more than 1 & 1/2 hours. Store is immaculately kept & has customer toilet. Ample parking outside with Beverages Van if in need of refuelling, yourself.

Plymouth triumph had my thunderbird 1600 in their workshop for almost 2 and a half months, I took it there for them to fix, because I couldn't get it started. They failed to fix my bike, . They told me they replaced the crank sensor and engine case gasket. Which on further inspection, once I got it back, the crank sensor had not been touched. But they still charged me for it. The initial bill they wanted was for £700, for a job they never completed. After some negotiation I got the bill down to 300. My bike left there the same way it went in there, not working. I seriously think they owe me this £300 back. Considering they never fixed it. Basically Triumph Plymouth can not fix their own machines.

Wow, blown away truly by the "can do" and helpful nature of all the guys in the service team. Entered with a "one-of-a-kind problem" and even though not one of their normal customers, they really are a credit to Triumph. Come for the coffee and the service alone. One of the best dealers i have ever experienced. Thank you again guys for going above and beyond.
