I have had a fantastic experience at triumph London, all the staff have been extremely attentive and friendly I want to especially thank, Tarquin, Richard and Angus. This is my first bike I have bought which can be a daunting thing to do but they helped me through every step and made the whole process so easy. They were also there giving me tips along the way. The customer service is fantastic getting back to enquiry’s the same day. Over all a 5 star review and couldn’t recommend them more, thanks to everyone at triumph London!

The worst service service I have ever received by the little creatures in the service department when I took my Street Triple in for a service. They told me that the whole fork needed replacing and the bike was not rideable until I had it replaced. They quoted me over £900 as shown below, I took it elsewhere and they replaced the fork seal for under £100. Avoid this place.

Outrageous motorcycle service and customer treatment. Brought in my Street Triple 765 RS for a 12000 mile service, they have been doing the work for more than a week and damaged the bike - it is now running 5k+ RPM in idle and fluctuating. The worst thing is that they keep saying “they did not make it worse” - they clearly did, in fact I never noticed any issues with engine and now it is just unsafe to ride.
