Superb company with great customer service. Very fast processing and delivery over a very busy festive period. Sadly another retail company let me down and my expansion pack was redundant, so I had to return my order to Tritex. They were super quick in getting back to me and gave me a full refund, no issues. Small but perfectly formed, this place is jammed full of interesting games and friendly people. Visited with my son eager to spend birthday money and got a whole load of advice and excellent customer service. Always plenty of events in the evenings and chances to play and chat. Every month there seem to be events where people can get together to play or to share tips on model painting... They even have competitions. 5 stars!
