Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely poor service in the recent months. Has happened twice that they commit to delivering an order but it never comes. And the worst part is that their delivery person never comes to your door/leaves the food at the concierge. As a rule you need to go pick it up from downstairs. So basically the day they are meant to deliver, one needs to sit at home “hoping” that the food comes. So basically you change all your plans to wait for them, and then they decide to not show up. Without informing. No sense of accountability when a customer complains either. Messages are simply ignored and no justification is given. Their food might be amazing, but I really don’t see the point of supporting their business if they don’t have basic customer service etiquette.
