    Discriminatory taxi firm: I am a disabled person and I was recently trying to book a taxi from Triple 20 Taxis to go to the hospital. When I called the taxi firm, I was asked to call back without witholding my number to which, I informed them as I have numerous times on previous calls that my telephone number is withheld at the exchange. The person on the other end of the line was very rude and told me to walk to the hospital and then he promptly hung up on me. I was shocked and appalled by the taxi firm's discriminatory behavior. I am a paying customer and I deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of my disabilities. I believe everyone should be given a second chance; so more recently I came out of the hospital ordered a taxi and reminded the booking office as I always do that I will require a receipt for the journey and what happened? For the fourth time in a few weeks they sent a driver without any reciepts so I called the booking office to arrange for another taxi only to be hung-up again. I would not recommend this taxi firm to anyone.

    Very very bad! The guy was texting on his phone while driving swerving all over the place I had a 7 year old in there with me, he had the engine oil light on and tyre malfunction light on... he was talking about us to his colleague on the phone because of miss communication with the company! He started shouting on the phone that we cost him 4 pounds for parking in a place which wasn't agreed. He was very rude will not be ever using again. And will be also taking this further he should not be texting whilst driving.

    Unnecessary waiting Charge. I have booked a taxi on your App for 7pm last night on the 16th April from Pebble Close to the Dog house in Stourbridge. unfortunately when I have checked the receipt you have send me at 18:59 hours your Driver has charge me a unnecessary waiting charge on my fare. I have booked the taxi for 7pm, the journey started at 18.56.The Driver come very Early to pick me up.The Driver Number is 309 Vehicle Bmw 320d License number1565 is it possible you can you trace the Driver and have a word with him about this, this is unnecessary and its poor service from your taxi company. I have been using your taxi company for a long time.
