Absolutely terrible. The place was entirely empty of patients, yet my partner was told that because he had arrived 4 minutes late (due to buses) he wouldn’t be seen. Reception were rude and dismissive and need to be trained in communication or ideally sacked and more compassionate people hired. Disgusting but this is what to expect from the NHS now.

If there’s a zero star l would just put as well. Never ever can recommend it to anyone as they’re the most careless GP I ever seen. You can have many serious health issues that effecting your daily life but for them is not that argent and to get an appointment with a doctor you need to wait between 6-8 weeks. You call and you wait ages on the phone and once it get to you the phone cut couple of times. They send a text of appointment 5 minutes or 10 minutes before the appointment like you have no work only to be waiting this and if you’re working and miss it due to not allowed to check phones in work this will be your mistake and even sometimes when they call they just make a one ring then they say you didn’t answer. Away from that all there’s no in person checking so now they examine people via phone and prescribing the medicine via phone which if you mention it to any other doctor they get in shock as how they do this specially with chest infections and ears issues or leg swollen but all via phone . My advice is if the doctors not bother to work but only to get money it would be useful for them to start doing the influencers thing as this is the only job now you earn money easily and leave this place to the doctors who really want to help and care about other people life because it’s getting so bad in this place .

Very kind and helpful recepcionists, the doctors/nurses that saw/spoke with me have always been caring and professional. There are struggling with face to face appointments (which is not really something they can control) and still try to help as much as they can and evaluate if you need to attend a walk in centre. I am very grateful for this clinic and how understanding everyone has always been towards me. Please be nice to the staff, they are doing the best they can to fit us all in
