What qualifications and experience do your sports massage therapists have?
Our sports massage therapists are highly qualified and experienced professionals who have completed extensive training programs in sports massage therapy. They hold relevant certifications and licenses, and have worked with athletes of all levels and abilities. We ensure that our therapists continue to further their education and training in order to provide the best possible care to our clients. How does craniosacral therapy differ from other types of manual therapy?
Craniosacral therapy focuses on the subtle movements and rhythms of the body, particularly in the craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord). It is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapy that aims to improve the functioning of the nervous system, reduce tension and pain, and promote overall health and well-being. Unlike other types of manual therapy, craniosacral therapy does not involve forceful manipulation or stretching of the body. How many sessions will I need and what can I expect during a typical session?
The number of sessions required depends on the individual and their specific needs. During a typical session, the therapist will begin by assessing your condition and discussing your goals for treatment. They will then use a variety of techniques to address any issues or imbalances in your body, which may include massage, stretching, or gentle manipulation of the craniosacral system. You can expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a session.Do you offer any specialized techniques or equipment for sports massage therapy?
Yes, we offer a range of specialized techniques and equipment for sports massage therapy, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and more. Our therapists are trained in the use of various tools and equipment, such as foam rollers and massage balls, to help release tension and improve mobility. We also offer sports-specific treatments, such as pre- and post-event massage, to help athletes prepare for and recover from competition. What is your approach to integrating craniosacral therapy with other treatments or therapies I may be receiving?
We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, and our therapists are trained to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to our clients. If you are receiving other treatments or therapies, we will work with your other healthcare providers to ensure that our treatment plan is aligned with yourReviews

Such an amazing Centre of Excellece. Beautiful building, lovely staff, great surroundings, wonderful 'neighbours' - artisan bakers, artists studios, environmental centre, art galleries, câfés, a pub or two at each end of Creekside, (including Londons biggest sewer project) exemplary teaching, occasional murders & death by arson in Deptford Church Street, classic council estate (ex homes to members of Squeeze)& the amazing but dangerous creek that immediately enters the Thames. The list could go on. Students from all over the globe. Trinity College in the old Seamans Hospital. Close to infamous Wood Wharf Studios - sadly now block of bijou flats. Stone's throw from Greenwich Foot Tunnel, Deptford Market, all things Greenwich - park, market, cinema Beautiful Laban, ex Goldsmiths/New Cross way, to dance, move, create, converse, research, admire, & Lewisham style, crow over. A precious gem.

My daughter received the best care at Laban after surgery and having resumed her dance. The physio coupled with the high expert care for her back into shape without causing injury to her leg. She feels hopeful that she will fully recover and start her career in dance.
